Staffing Network is seeking an Waste Tracker Specialist/Scale House Attendant for our nationwide client working with recyclables and waste in the Emelle, AL area. As a Waste Tracker Specialist/Scale House Attendant, you will provide 1st point of contact customer service to customers/clients coming in and out of the facility. Contract Position!
Shift/Hours for Waste Tracker Specialist/Scale House Attendant:
1st shift; 7:00AM-3:30PM
Pay range for Waste Tracker Specialist/Scale House Attendant:
$17-$22/hour
Job Duties and responsibilities for Waste Tracker Specialist/Scale House Attendant:
- Design and generate queries using Crystal Reports and Showcase for environmental and customer reports
- Digitize and post landfill mapping coordinates in EdMats waste tracking system
- Receive loads from hazard waste manifests by entering them into the AS400 and weighing trucks in and out at the scale house
- Upload manifests to Wastebits and RCRA Info e-manifest system
- Analyze EdMats, AS400, and other software for system reporting errors
- Other duties related to running the scale house at a hazardous waste treatment facility
- Collect and organize documents for filing
Requirements and qualifications for Waste Tracker Specialist/Scale House Attendant:
- Experience in environmental services preferred
- Experience processing receiving documents and tracking inventory
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to accurately enter data into computer system
