Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Provide excellent verbal and written communication to support internal teams and clients.
- Prioritize and handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
- Follow directions accurately and understand standard operating procedures.
- Support inventory and parts management, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
- Assist with service administration and construction scheduling.
- Use CRM tools and billing systems to manage customer accounts and transactions.
- Adapt to changes quickly and demonstrate a willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in service administration or construction scheduling is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Adobe, and Google programs.
