Customer Service Sales Support

SNI Companies is looking for an Customer Service Success Representative to work for our small growing client in far north Fort Worth. This is a contract to hire position offering a great family friendly culture, benefits and competitive pay.

Primary Responsibility:

• Fulfill customer waste needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Pursue new customer leads
• Understand potential customer’s waste needs
• Develop a customized waste management plan for the customer
• Create bids to provide the customer the pricing for the waste management plan
• Set up new leads as customers
• Ensure all necessary documentation to begin servicing a new customer is in place internally and externally
• Verify initiation of services is running smoothly
• Maintain current customer relationships
• Respond to email and phone call requests from customers
• Provide necessary reporting for customers
• Check customer invoices for accuracy prior to sending
• Advise customer on adjustments to the waste plan that would be most efficient and cost effective
