JOB DESCRIPTION
Join a firm that's dedicated to providing customized solutions according to their clients’ unique family dynamic and financial situation. This large Connecticut Estate Planning firm serves all regions in the state, so residents always know where to turn when faced with the need for Estate Services, whether in the form of Trust Administration, Probate, Elder Law or any other issue related to estate planning.This position will work closely with a Medicaid attorney in determining eligibility. It will require processing and tracking Medicaid applications as well as maintaining contact with regulating agencies for follow up as needed.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of law firm experience as well as experience with Medicaid applications/processing but candidates with some but not all the ideal skillset are still encouraged to apply!
Vaccination and reliable transportation/valid driver's license required.
