They are looking for a HEARING INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST or AUDIOLOGIST to join their team in Minnetonka, MN.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and / or examinations.
  • Fitting and dispensing hearing aids and recommending proper assistive devices according to patient needs.
  • Providing exceptional patient experience through active listening, educational, and emotional counseling.
  • Entering all Data in OMS (Office Management System).
  • Maintaining clinic and workspace in an orderly fashion.
  • Maintaining professional credentials and CEU requirements and staying informed and knowledgeable about the Hearing Healthcare news and updates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Masters degree or equivalent in audiology OR Valid dispensing license
  • 2 years of experience in a private practice setting is preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and collaborate with others.
  • Excellent people, organizational, and communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities
