Retail Associate| Part Time, Temporary
Location: Boston | 100 Seaport BLVD

Ideal candidates will have flexible availability and be able to work weekends. Bonus points if you know or love baby products!
Schedule:
Hours of operation are Monday- Saturday 11:00am-7:00pm & Sundays 12:00pm-6:00pm, exact schedule flexible based on candidate's needs
Position runs from August 15th (potential training days beforehand) until September 25th
**Opportunity for long term employment for candidates that are within commuting distance to our primary store in Marblehead, MA**
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients and connect with them in a friendly and meaningful way.
• Answer questions related to the merchandise and store policies and make suggestions as needed
• Operate POS system ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and to store policies
• Develop lasting relationships by listening to customers needs, working collaboratively to match products to needs, collecting their information
and following up if needed.
• Be on top of stock replenishment, follow visual merchandising guidelines, and keep up overall appearance of the store
• Capture fun moments within the store to share on companies’ social channels.
• Help promote our products on social media.
Qualifications and Skills
• High School diploma/GED required
• 2 years’ customer service industry experience
• Ability to work well on a team
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
