Job Description:
- The Infection Preventionist / Employee Health Nurse is responsible for implementing and coordinating Facility’s infection prevention and control program (IPCP), which is designed to provide a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment and to help prevent the development and transmission of communicable diseases and infections.
- This nurse will review employee vaccination requirements and make recommendations to senior leadership.
- This position will include prevention, and surveillance in the inpatient and outpatient settings at Facility.
