1st Shift | 9 AM - 5:30 PM | $17 per hour

Requirements | High school diploma/GED and 2 years of previous experience

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for verifying, completing, and receiving reports by checking documents against purchase orders in the operations warehouse management system.

Essential Duties:

  • Update databases with inbound receiving discrepancies.
  • Run reports to verify shipping, receiving, and adjustment, transactions between WMS and ERP systems and perform corrections when necessary.
  • Perform research and provide Proof of Delivery for customer inquiries and contact vendors to resolve invoice disputes.
  • Update timecard entry to the company database for Distribution Center personnel and answer phone inquiries or forward calls to the appropriate contact.
