Schedule 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, Monday - Thursday (overtime on Friday)
Pay rate $20 - 22 / hr.
Paint / Assembly Lead essential tasks :
- Train and coach associates on proper paint application and assembly procedures.
- Create, maintain, and display associates' daily task schedule.
- Provide training on daily performance reporting and ensure received production tickets are correct.
- Audit Associates work for production and quality standards.
- Review completed part travelers for accuracy and complete paint / assembly operations in JobBOSS.
- Provide feedback to the Finishing Coordinator regarding associate performance.
- Ensure daily 5S activities are maintained.
- Performs Paint-Assembly Level II requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will have a high level of attention to detail and powder coating experience.
