Happily, assist customers via telephone with any questions or concerns they have

Accurately follow script to ensure high level quality calls

A Customer Service Specialist can expect to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M., 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., or 9:30 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
