Position: Financial Analyst
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Location: [Office Location], Hybrid work schedule 2 days in office and 3 days at home
Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:
- Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators (KPIs), covering revenue, cost of sales, margin quality, and operating expenses.
- Monitor performance indicators, identifying trends and explaining unanticipated variances.

Strategic Initiatives:
- Develop financial models and analyses to support new strategic initiatives.
- Provide recommendations for revenue adjustments and risk mitigation before program roll-out.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze complex financial information, commission reports, and provide accurate and timely recommendations to executive management.
- Fulfill ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from executive team members.

Team Collaboration:
- Support finance department team members as needed.
- Prepare benchmarking, trend, and variance analysis, contributing to management presentations.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.

Skills:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced M/S Excel, PowerPivot, and graphing expertise; experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Qlik or Tableau preferred).
- Proactive work ethic, sense of urgency, and accountability.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Ability to convey work product and strategic insights effectively.
- Superior interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.

- Ability to work independently with strong self-management and self-motivation.
