Are you ready to make an impact in sales? Staffmark is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team in Menifee, CA.
Pay Rate : $20-$25 per hour
Shift : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming calls and provide support for national accounts
- Enter and oversee new orders and changes in the CRT system
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless order processing
- Analyze order status and performance reports
- Assist in processing return material authorizations and resolving order discrepancies
- Maintain knowledge of corporate agreements, policies, and procedures
- Support Inside Sales Manager with tasks related to tariffs
- Perform additional assigned duties as required
