Staffmark is looking for a dedicated Multi-Axial Operator to join our team in Cameron, SC. In this vital role, you'll ensure the efficient operation of multi-axial machines, maintain high fabric quality, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. Your contributions will be key in supporting production efficiency and a collaborative work environment.
Salary: $35,360 - $41,600 per year, depending on experience
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
In this role, you will identify the correct yarn on QM267/QM40 machines, operate multi-axial machines, and ensure high fabric quality. Key tasks include maintaining cleanliness, monitoring quality and traceability, performing roll doffing and packaging, and following FOD prevention protocols. You'll communicate any issues with fabric production, report machine breakdowns, support and train team members, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment while meeting production targets and standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Relevant engineering qualifications.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, including working shifts.
- Proficient in written English and computer skills, including MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Experience with composite materials and automotive/aerospace quality standards.
