Non-CDL Delivery Driver

We have immediate need for a Local Non-CDL Delivery Driver

• First Shift Monday Thru Friday, Fulltime. Must be able to work Saturdays if needed.
• Pays overtime
• Local multi stop delivery of insulation rolls and fiber glass tubes to local stores, hospitals, job sites and bases.
• Driver must know how to use a 2-wheel Dolly and pallet jack to unload.
• We require a minimum of 2 years delivery experience
• Must be able to operate a box truck
• Driver is responsible for loading and unloading
• Comply with company policies
• Driver must be able to use a hand held scanner and GPS

Requirements:

• 24 months of experience within the past 3 years as a delivery driver
• Clean MVR preferred
• At least 21 years of age, or older
• Valid License and medical card
• No DUI/reckless driving in past 5 years

Physical Requirements * sit for long periods of time * lift and/or carry up to 75 pounds * use your upper body to press against an object in order to push forward, downward or outward, * repetitive motion with your wrists, hands and/or fingers * wear proper safety equipment in areas where such equipment is required * move about crawling to inspect equipment * must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner * apply pressure to an object with your fingers or palms * other duties as assigned Environmental Conditions * work in conditions that may create fumes, odors, mists, dust or poor ventilation, * work around moving mechanical parts, electrical wires, in dusty conditions, or around chemicals * work effectively and perform job tasks sometimes in noisy conditions * work in cold or hot temperatures
