Quality Assurance Worker

• Adhere to all quality standard operating procedures and processes
• Responsible for testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
• Obtain and test samples of materials according to standard procedures to ensure compliance with established internal specifications
• Supply testing information to corporate and send samples out as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized records of laboratory analysis
• Perform daily calculations, compare lab results to expected values, and report variances to supervisor
• Conduct instrument maintenance and calibration
• Operate equipment, record data, and use discretion in the evaluation of data, often working without supervision
• Maintain QC logbooks with complete documentation
• Report any quality, processing problems, and out-of-spec. conditions to the QA supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment, and complete regular inventory checks of necessary lab items
• Prepare spreadsheets analyzing data and alert supervisor of trends in data
• Scan, file, and keep records of all batch sheets and raw materials COAs

• Other duties as required
