TS Tech is a global supplier of automobile seats and interiors, with operations in 72 locations in 14 countries.

Step progression increases are offered with length of service. This position is a temp to perm job with as little as 90 days. No experience or high school diploma is required. This job will prepare you for opportunities in Assembly and production for Ts Tech, as well as open up skills needed for promotion as future needs demand. Once a perm position is offered the pay rate increases as well as company benefits and a pay raise offered every 6 months till pay rate top out.

Position Types Available

• Assembly Production Associate, your duties will include but are not limited to:As a Production Associate you will be: Inspecting and assembling parts Working in a fast paced environment, Be able to understand work instructions Be safety and quality conscious, Provide quality workmanship
• Robotic Weld Associate, your duties will As a Weld associate you will be: Loading and unloading weld fixtures, Operating different welding machines Inspecting and Assembling parts, Differentiating between good and bad welds, Repair bad welds.

Associates in this position work in our Seat Assembly production areas building automobile seats. People with an eye for detail and a passion for quality are needed for this position. Our products are high quality and require excellence in each stage of production to ensure they are safe and superbly built. Our Associates have to be TS Tech Alabama tough as our processes require the ability to lift seat frames, have high manual dexterity, and perform detailed processes repetitively.

Positions are available on first and second shift. The plant operates Monday through Friday. During peak operation, occasional weekends are required. Currently offering generous amounts of overtime.
