Temp to Hire / Full-time position
Position Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist will directly assist the Talent Acquisition Team as needed, to help achieve organizational staffing goals by coordinating the effective recruitment.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interviews with agencies and managers
- Confirm candidate selections with agency to initiate onboarding
- Provide updates to agency; no shows, termination, and tardiness
- Communicate with IT with any issues
- Updating temp hourly reports
Qualification Requirements
- 2 years of successful Recruiting Coordinator or relevant experience in a fast paced or high-volume environment, is required
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferred but not required
