About The Role
The Tax Manager will lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and deliver quality tax services, that will increase firm’s reputation. You will serve as business advisor to our clients aiming at improving engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes.
As an experienced Tax Manager, you will deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe. Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise. Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
- 2 years of supervising and training experience.
- CPA or Bar License required.
- Proficient in corporate, partnership and individual taxation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, both physical and electronic (cloud)
- Working knowledge of cloud computing.
- Proficient in MS Windows 10/11 Pro, MS Office365, with emphasis on Excel.
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Windows®, Intuit Lacerte®, Microsoft Office™ (Outlook, Excel, Word), QuickBooks®, and Adobe Acrobat®.
- Attend continuing education courses to remain current with tax law changes on both Federal and State levels.
Expectations
- Advise clients on corporate, partnership, individual and trust and estate tax services.
- Oversee the calculation and analysis of proprietary tax strategies for clients.
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance.
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
