As the Warehouse Lead, you'll fill in for the logistics manager or assistant logistics manager when needed. Responsibilities include supervising and training warehouse staff in various roles and ensuring tasks are completed under managerial direction. You'll oversee safety training, task assignment for accurate order assembly and timely shipping, and manage receiving, stocking, and replenishing of merchandise. Coordinating route loading, scheduling deliveries with customers, and maintaining operational procedures for shipments and inventory accuracy are also key duties requiring flexibility in scheduling.
