Salary: $65,000 - $120,000
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will analyze and enhance manufacturing methods, optimize personnel utilization, and improve production equipment. Your duties will include creating and updating manufacturing procedures, training manufacturing technicians, and developing technical requirements for capital equipment purchases, including specification, bidding, and supplier management. You’ll analyze space requirements and workflow to design efficient layouts for equipment and materials, support various machining and grinding operations, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in programming CNC machining centers is a plus. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Bills of Operations within our ERP system.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SolidWorks; experience with Minitab and Epicor ERP is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-departmental teams and manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills; experience with heat treatment of metals is a bonus
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to support business needs, including trips to California within the first few months
