What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at Staffmark?
Currently seeking reliable and highly motivated Quality inspector for a company that is building military boxes (various sizes and styles) this will be a morning shift position interview base Must have at least 2-3 years of experience. Please see below for brief job description.
- Performs inspections of purchased Parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/or electrical measurements.
- Rework or reject subassemblies or finished products as required.
- Perform audits to ensure standards of quality are maintained.
- Accurately documents the results of the inspections and testing.
- Coordinates calibration of test equipment and fixtures.
- Assist in the writing and updating of inspection procedures, protocol, and checklist. Requires ability to interpret prints, schematics, and drawings.
- May assist in training new inspectors on proper documentation and inspection techniques.
- Follows company policies and practices outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement. Follows safety guidelines and procedure in the accordance to the job.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Candidate MUST be able to use instrument measuring equipment.
- Plastic Injection molding experience- A PLUS
