What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Tax Data Entry Clerk position at Staffmark?
Staffmark has partnered with a company in the St. Louis area to hire an experienced data entry clerk for the upcoming tax season 2023. This position is working in the office.
*Please note position is NOT REMOTE
This seasonal position offers both 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift schedules and will run from approximately April 10th - May, 2023(these dates can change based on workload).
- 1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm $18.00/hrly
- 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm $18.25/hrly
- 3rd shift: Monday - Friday 10:30pm - 7:00am $18.50/hrly **3rd shift could occasionally work a Saturday or Sunday.
Job duties including key entry of last name, social, and tax period.
Staffmark will conduct pre-screening tests for proficiency in 10-key and Data Entry accuracy and speed, minimum of 6,500 keystrokes per hour.
We are seeking reliable candidates who are available for the entire seasonal position scheduled dates, those with great attendance and performance may be invited back for future seasonal work or potential full time employment.
