Warehouse Lead job details include :
Schedule : Sundays / week day off. Must be flexible. Start time is between 5am-8am and work 6 10-hour shifts. Shift is over when work is complete (usually 30-35 hours per week).
Pay : $19 / hr.
Assist with training new temporary employees by providing on the job training. Help with shift start-ups and check in processes and assist coworkers with questions about the production work.
Ensure work is performed accurately and adhere to safety compliance. Understand production requirements and quotas. Provide effective communications and follow ups.
Other tasks include standing for long periods of time, lifting bags of mail, reading labels, and placing mail in correct bags and gaylords.
This is an entry level position; we are willing to train for this role!
