Summary:
17.50/hrs.
Requirement:
- High school Diploma or G.E.D certificate.
- 2 yrs of experience in a warehouse facility preferred
- proficient computer skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem -solving skills.
- Plan, oversee and participate in the warehouse operation and activities
- Maintain a variety of records, files, and reports; maintain record of stock and others supplies as necessary
- Operate variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles
- Train provide work direction and coordinate the schedules and activities of assigned personnel
- Assist in training workers in computers, operations, and warehouse functions
- Ensure shipment and inventory transactions accuracy
- Work with operation management to determine staffing levels and help assign workload
- Identify areas of improvement and establish new or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Collaborate and coordinate activities with other departments
- Provides active and positive leadership in the effort to drive the culture across the facility
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Confirm proper and timely delivery of products
- Supervises and directs warehouse staff; put workers safety as a top priority.
