Requirements | 3 years of construction experience (including light carpentry and electrical experience)
Yard Technician Job Description
- General construction and repair of all modular buildings.
- Wash and wax floors.
- Replace/install floor tiles, windows, doors, and other building components.
- Perform framing, remodeling, and woodworking tasks.
- Perform light carpentry work and repairs on customer job sites.
- Other duties as assigned.
