The firm has been given an AV rating from Martindale & Hubbell, which is the highest rating a firm can achieve based upon the assessments by other litigators of the firm's ability and ethical standards. Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze law sources including recorded judicial decisions, statutes, legal articles, treaties, and constitutions.
- Draft routing legal documents for reviews and use by attorneys.
- Compile and prepare draft discovery responses.
- Coordinate requests between multiple parties involved in litigation by way of consistent communication with client, claims and full partnership with the attorney through the end of the case.
- 3 years litigation experience.
- Must have discovery experience
- Must have experience putting together chronologies and medical notebooks
- Medical Mal Practice experience preferred
