Position Overview
As a caregiver with Crabtree Residential Living, you will have the privilege of enhancing the daily lives of our residents through compassionate care and companionship. Daily, you'll directly impact the well-being and happiness of those in your care.
Hourly Wage
$14.00 - $18.00 (varying based on location, assigned shift, and whether the position is part-time or full-time)
Responsibilities
- Make sure all residents take their medicine when they need to.
- Cook healthy and tasty meals for our residents to enjoy.
- Assist residents with daily tasks like getting dressed and personal hygiene to keep them feeling their best.
- Safely drive residents to their appointments and outings with our company cars.
- Keep our living spaces tidy and comfortable for our residents.
- Organize and lead fun activities that our residents can enjoy inside and outside.
- Keep an eye on our residents to ensure they're safe and content, and offer help whenever needed.
Qualifications
- Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for daily care and activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with residents.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for transportation duties.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility.
