Order Management Specialist (Andover, MA)

We are looking for an order management specialist for a global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end support to programmatic customers when the product is returned to one of the client's authorized processing facilities.

This is a 12-month (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role. This is an on-site role in Andover, MA.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute monthly customer settlement reports. Working and reporting on all areas to update customer monthly settlements by monitoring assets as they are received, processed, and moved to final disposition. As a team member, provide ongoing support to help manage overall delivery performance and ensure on-time customer settlements.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in order management preferably a sales support or customer service role. Broad knowledge of sales processes and customer service. Superior communication skills both, written and verbal. Professional experience in sales admin support job with administrative & clerical support for sales and in sales for the advanced level role. MS Office Proficiency. MS Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot tables). Experience in maintaining strong working relationships and effective lines of communication with internal partners. Experience in responding to a wide range of inquiries and the development of appropriate action plans. Ability to communicate and resolve complex issues independently. Excellence in planning and structuring of complex tasks, managing assignments, and following up through completion. Exhibits sound business judgment and has a solid understanding of basic financial concepts and fundamentals.

Compensation: $27/hr. - $31/hr.
