What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Stage House?
Established theatrical scenery shop looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in carpentry, welding or scenery construction. Brief description of duties and skills set needed:
Provide competitive quotes for set builds and equipment rentals.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Liason between company staff and the client’s support staff (draftsmen, project managers, technical directors).
Constant interaction with shop foreman regarding fit and finish, build change orders, time deadlines and accuracy.
Must be able to do material takeoffs and assess supplies needed to complete the build within budget.
Ability to create shop drawings and import/export client files a plus.
Track all expenses to keep within budget and all changes approved by the client.
Recommended: Experience with Vectorworks software; prior field experience with show runs and set up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
