Job Summary

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for operating our laser machines to consistently deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Selection and Program Operation: Ensure the correct materials and programs are utilized for efficient machine operation.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks to maintain the integrity of our products.
• Operational Support: Utilize equipment such as cranes and tow motors as required.
• Safety and Housekeeping: Uphold stringent safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
• Flexibility: Be open to performing other duties as directed by your Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: While manufacturing experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. We welcome dedicated individuals willing to learn and grow.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, and move around the facility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Required usage of safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety-toed shoes.

Work Environment

• Plant environment with typical elements such as noise, dust, odors, and fumes.
• Conditions are manageable, with no extreme discomfort.
• Be prepared for moderate heat during the summertime.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $21.73 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
