Position Summary: We are seeking a Head of Operations who is ready to help drive our business to new heights. As the Head of Operations, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the company's future while fostering a positive work environment, cultivating exceptional employee and customer relationships, and maximizing financial success.

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Inspire and Lead: Create an engaged environment where team members feel comfortable seeking guidance and feedback. Align your vision with Stahla Services' faith-oriented mission and work collaboratively with the leadership team and the entire organization. Excellent at leading, managing, and holding others accountable.
  • Organizational Growth: Help develop and execute a clear path for organizational growth, $10m Revenue (30% Net Profit before Depreciation) by 2027, while motivating employees to achieve their fullest potential. Develop an excellent operations department that can fulfill specialty trailer repair, service and sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage all facets of business operations for a specialty trailer company, including employee performance, fleet management, rental logistics, ensure industry compliance with all laws and regulations, vendor relationships, ethical decision-making, and adherence to the EOS system.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Identify and address bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
  • Professional Development: Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Talents

  • Equipment rental, service, sales, repair equipment background/knowledge
  • Experience building a team full of “A-Players”
  • EOS (Entrepreneurs Operating System) experience
  • Intense work ethic and ability to think and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with technology systems such as GSuite, CRM’s, Electronic Driver Logs etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Self-starting team player who excels when given autonomy in role
  • Innovative problem solver within Operations Department

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree is preferred but not required
  • 5 years of experience leading operations in rental, service, sales of equipment or similar experience
  • Experience leading an operational department to significant revenue and profit growth
  • Ability to work with multiple platforms and applications from a technology standpoint. (ie. SmartSheet, CRM, Samsara, Google Suite and many more)
  • High moral code, character, and integrity
  • Professional appearance and communication

Working Environment

Job expectations to be onsite. There are no remote capabilities for this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to indoor and outdoor conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
