KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:* Hunter Instinct: Identify and generate leads with Corporates for Business tomeet targets and achieve Company’s objectives* Plan, execute and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attainingaccelerated growth* Ensuring 100% end to end fulfilment for all orders secured* Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLA’s. Supportingand leading various marketing activities from time to time* Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel* Seek appointments and meet Senior Management of clients (CXOs)* Ability to strongly negotiate and close deals* Make presentations and give demos of the product suite* Should be able to identify opportunities by analyzing Customer needs andpropose solutions for overall business enhancement* Build rapport with clients and maintain relationships with Key personnel* Share Daily/ Weekly / monthly / quarterly business updates & achievementsacross products and segments to the Senior ManagementShould have B2B Sales experience* Willing to be an individual contributor, generate leads and make cold calls* Should have had hardcore field sales experience
