Compassionate physicians needed to join our Geriatric Medicine Physician & APRN team to complete our Geriatric Assessment Program! In this role, you will work to assess our geriatric out-patient population to treat and prevent age-related disabilities and diseases.

Our geriatric physician experts evaluate the physical, cognitive, and mental health of our in-patient and out-patient patients who are 65 and older.

We have physician opportunities within our Geriatric Assessment Program in both our in-patient and out-patient settings. Full time, Monday through Friday, with rotation between our Stamford and Greenwich practice locations.

On call is 100% telephonic and includes week nights and weekends, rotated 1 in 5.

Requirements :

  • MD / DO License
  • Prior Geriatric Medicine experience
  • Must possess excellent communication, critical care, and computer skills
