Job Summary: Perform all aspects of warehouse function while rotating through replenishments, secondary, receiving, and other distribution-related assignments.
Essential Job Functions:
- Exemplify Stampin' Up!'s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best and we own it.
- Unload and sort containers, trucks, and other deliveries. Verify that physical counts match packing slip totals and individual product numbers. Promptly communicate with Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing to resolve discrepancies.
- Follow secondary put-away procedures to move inventory from receiving dock to appropriate location within the warehouse and/or pick line while maintaining the warehouse pallet flow locations and order fulfillment induction area.
- Follow the "skip lot" log to assign appropriate QA action.
- Pick up incoming shipments and deliver outgoing shipments to carriers.
- Perform job functions safely and show initiative to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Must be able to interact with truck drivers, vendors, and quests to the warehouse.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to certify to operate forklifts, stand-up lifts, and other warehouse equipment while maintaining safety standards at all times. Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations) to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, using appropriate lifting techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and write English and count and perform basic math accurately. Continually counting and verifying case and piece counts.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize and correct errors.
