About the role

The Auctane Customer Development Account Executive is responsible for driving increased net new revenue for our unmanaged customer account base. Through up-sell and cross-sell strategies, CDAE's will focus on selling our unmanaged customers on margin-generating products such as Global Post, UPS DAP, Shipsurance, and DHL Express from ShipStation.

What will you be doing?

  • Achieve monthly sales quotas by closing high volume cross and upsells
  • Build and maintain strong sales pipeline and forecast
  • Strategic pipeline management
  • Building relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Run a full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals
  • Conduct demo, closing, negotiations, proposal and prospecting meetings
  • Conduct proper account planning/mapping to identify areas of opportunity
