Videographer

Stanbridge University is seeking a candidate with videography experience for a position as Videographer in our Media and Marketing departments. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is people-oriented and gets along well within a team. This position will create, produce, and edit content for a variety of platforms

Essential Functions:

• Work closely with our Media and Marketing teams to develop, create, and produce videos with creative storytelling to be used in all digital platforms, including social media, web, advertising, email, and more.
• Elevate brand awareness and trust by crafting and executing unique and compliant promotional stories and strategies using video assets.
• Create, format, and edit video content for distribution on platforms including Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, IGTV, Facebook Stories and Instagram Stories.
• Create motion graphics and animations using 2D and 3D applications for marketing and promotional usage.
• Update, maintain and organize assets, information, and files.
• Manage all aspects of production including budget tracking, scheduling, casting, location scouting, styling, shoot execution, payment, and invoicing
• Ensure projects deliver on time and are in line with social strategy and brand guidelines
• Work in collaboration with the team to ideate and contribute creative concepts for a variety of content across multiple platforms

Qualifications:

• Real world videography and production experience. (DEMO Reel is a MUST)
• Knowledge of the video production process: directing, filming, interviewing, boarding, editing, encoding, uploading, and managing media.
• Production skills: photography and videography, camera operation, sound, lighting, and quality sound capture.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of post-production workflow.
• Good knowledge of contemporary cameras, file formats, codecs, and their proper handling in a post workflow.
• Experience in producing videos and animations for social media platform formats on daily/weekly basis.
• Must be extremely organized and able to successfully reach multiple deadlines at once.
• The ability to communicate needs in a positive and productive fashion.
• Proven range of both pre-production and post-production skills.
• Self-driven and motivated.
