We are hiring for a Wireless Support Specialist for a top banking partner leading their field. If you are ready to create an impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!


Support Operations Centers, field offices, client sites and STAS airport locations in North America for all of their wireless communications' need.


Essential Functions

  • All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, associates are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives.

  • Manage Canadian wireless accounts under TELUS

  • Interface with wireless vendors for order placement, billing and technical support

  • Audit wireless invoices for correct charges

  • Track monthly company cost savings

  • Keep the wireless information portal up-to-date

  • Provide technical support and guidance for all company wireless equipment

  • Support Microsoft Intune platform for email, calendar and contact synchronization

  • Train first level Help Desk analysts to supplement Wireless Group support

  • Experience with an MDM platform a plus

  • Keep up to date with latest wireless technology

  • Make appropriate recommendations to improve service and reduce cost

  • Prepare and manage projects

  • Communicate issues and questions to management.

  • Additional duties assigned, as required.


Education/Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.


Competencies



  • Ability to interface with Telecommunication's vendors

  • Ability to perform in a fast paced, high pressure environment

  • Ability to manage projects to satisfactory completion

  • Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity software including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Teams

  • Skill in clear and concise oral and written communication.

  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

  • Ability to be an effective team member and handle project assignments responsibly.

  • Strong customer service and results orientation.


The US base range for this contract position is $20-25/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
