Job Description:
The responsibilities for this role include receiving new orders from salesmen and entering them accurately into Macola under Order Entry before 10:30 AM and 3:45 PM, ensuring all details such as addresses, part numbers, and pricing match our system or investigating discrepancies. Additionally, you'll be responsible for mailing and emailing invoices to customers and printing, sending, and shipping order tickets to our company's 13 agents across the US. You'll also need to promptly respond to emails from customers, agents, or sales managers, addressing inquiries about invoices, pricing, discounts, and resolving any issues that may arise. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for entering and printing Material Test Reports and Certificates of Conformance as per customer requests. At the end of each month, you'll need to organize salesmen's copies for mailing. Attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent communication abilities are crucial for success in this role.
Requirements:
MUST have at least 1 year of previous experience working in a manufacturing setting. Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team. MUST have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Punctual, reliable, and detail orientated. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
