Job Description:
The Maintenance helper position involves repairing kiln carts, requiring candidates to have experience with stick welding. The maintenance tasks include welding parts of the carts as well as setting and replacing bricks that move in and out of the kiln. Candidates must be capable of consistently lifting 50-80 lbs. Additionally, other duties may be assigned as needed. The work environment is challenging, with conditions being hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and it is often dirty environment.
