Graphic Installer

Overview

Our dedicated Graphics department is currently looking for a Graphic Installer. We support our sales team with print materials aimed to raise brand awareness and help drive sales in our customer accounts. Due to the number of products and the region that Standard Beverage serves our workload is consistent and dynamic.  We move quickly and it’s the goal of the department to produce graphics and get them into the field as effectively and efficiently as possible, aiming for excellent customer service.

This position is a highly visible and integral component of the graphics team. The person in this role will be responsible for understanding and determining the goals of store ownership and the Standard Beverage sales rep; will develop a fully executable plan for installing graphics once printed and ready to install. This role is responsible for installing graphics on windows, walls, floors, coolers, counter tops, and any other surface identified during preliminary discussions with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills with great attention to details.

Training will be provided via a combination of on- the- job training and off-site classroom training to ensure he/she will have all the tools necessary to tackle any situation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys and determine the goals of store ownership and Standard Beverage Sales Rep for materials to be produced and installed.
• Accurately take measurements and develop an installation plan; execute the installation accurately.
• Solve problems and overcome installation challenges.
• Set priorities based on install schedule and pivot priorities based on changing needs of department.
• Housekeeping (keeping your work area neat and organized).
• Other duties as assigned. May include, but not limited to: mounting, trimming, grommeting, laminating, preparing jobs for shipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree with an emphasis in Graphics (preferred).
• 1-5 Years in the printing industry with large format experience.
• Excellent Customer service skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Sharp eye to detail and quality.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Team player and positive attitude. Willingness to assist when and where needed.
