Job Description

The Role Responsibilities

As part of the Private Banking Client Experience Team in GCNA, this role is responsible to enable the Front Office to deliver first-class experience for our PvB clients and prospect, across all aspects of the relationship in a proactive, coordinated, and innovative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide extensive quality administrative support to PvB.
  • Manage all G&E enquiries, T&E enquiries.
  • Provide support to and coordinate for both internal and external events.
  • Process all invoices on daily basis to avoid delay of payments.
  • Maintain good relationship with internal colleagues to achieve harmonized working situation, render support to facilitate smooth operation, voice out if encounter conflict with jeopardize / non comply with policy and procedure.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.

This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in PvB HK; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures;
  • Multiple functions (double hats);

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified, minimum 3 years of banking experience
  • Understanding of private banking service offering and operational process
  • Great attention to details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with all levels
  • Self-motivated, mature, patient and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word is an advantage
