Class A drivers – including recent grads – run dedicated west coast home weekly occasionally twice week. During training drivers are home weekly. Running dry van – 90% no touch. Driver touch is $75/. Average 2000-2500/WK
During training drivers earn $700/WK – must run 250-300HPW. Once done with training will start at .43CPM with average weekly pay of $1100-$1300/WK – drivers average 2000-2500MPW with starting pay of $.43-.$.61CPM
During training drivers MAY run OTR and are paid $700/WK. In order to be done with training must run 250-300 HPW. This is a great run for trainees especially as you will get lots of miles, get done with training fast and make $1300/WK once you start.
Full benefits kick in after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401K, PTO and more
Freight is 90% no touch and very light unload by driver – mostly driver assist
Requirements:
Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
Accidents:
No DOT Preventable accidents with damage greater than $1750 in the last 2 years
No major accident with cost of $2500 in damage or claims
ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an auto
No more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 2 years (again damage less than $1750)
Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns
NO DUI in the last 5 years in commercial vehicle and may never have failed a DOT or refused a drug alcohol
