Job Summary :

• Position : Full-Time Laborer located in Crystal, MN.
• Compensation Type : Hourly.
• Compensation : $19 to $24 per hour.
• Benefits : 401K, Health, Dental, PTO.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in installing waterproofing systems such as drain tile, sump pumps, egress windows, and moisture barriers.
• Dig trenches and perform earth-moving duties as required to prepare and complete waterproofing projects.
• Mix, pour, and smooth concrete and other materials.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the project.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Operate various hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and jackhammers.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with leads and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor and repeatedly lift, push, or pull 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
