Role Description
This is an on-site position responsible for the day-to-day technical support of a large distribution center in Reno, NV. You will be responsible for supporting both hardware and software, focusing on maintaining warehouse production and maximizing uptime. You will address or escalate issues, tickets etc. as required. You will also participate in remotely servicing helpdesk tickets for corporate users outside of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Software, PC, printer, and other peripheral hardware troubleshooting
Troubleshooting wired and wireless network connectivity
Mobile Device Management and troubleshooting of Android scanners
Local and network printing capabilities
Work with InfoSec team to maintain security of devices
Cross-site collaboration with other Distribution Centers
Document issues resolved and methods of doing so to improve Knowledge Base
Requirements
2 years of experience corporate technical support/helpdesk in a ticketing/SLA-driven environment
Understanding of networking fundamentals
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with remote desktop support tools
Solution-oriented attitude
