A Brief Overview
The HR Program Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the functional programs. This role is responsible for logistics planning and coordination of all HR D activities under the direction of department leader. The HR Program coordinator will assist with coordinating projects and managing timelines, collect data and prepare quarterly reports; collaborate with internal and external customers to achieve planned results, establish business relationships with department managers/business owners, track metrics for report out activities, facilitate training and orientation programs, and mitigate timeline delays using problem solving skills.

What you will do
Provide support to the day-to-day and ongoing operation of the function.
Prepare presentations, create and run routine reports, as well as, ad-hoc data reports as requested including preparing reports, graphs, charts and statistics to support management requests.
Prepare and deliver program and training materials, logistics and programs (i.e. visual aids, evaluation forms, audiovisual equipment, etc.).
Compile and edit training materials and documentation; create training schedules, to support site activations.
Coordination of activities across departmental and functional lines.
Resolves all issues in planning procedures and analyzes activities to ensure HR compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
Experience Qualifications
Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge and experience coordinating high level projects in an ever changing environment and in working with multiple business owners.
Knowledge and experience working on HR programs.
Event planning and execution experience is mandatory.
Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships, exhibit exemplary interpersonal skills and exercise sound judgment and professionalism in business and personnel matters.
Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus.
Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical reasoning skills.
Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to problem solve and identify solutions.
Ability to use judgment and make sound decisions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Ability to solve technical and non-technical problems.
Ability to speak in public and/or facilitate meetings and trainings.
Knowledge of HR compliance and accreditation a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required – Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint and Visio.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $38.14 - $49.58 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
