Responsibilities:

• Complete estimates for the Air Duct Cleaning service line.
• Provide customers with written estimates in a timely manner and input information into computer system.
• Communicate with Air Duct Manager, Air Duct Technicians, Branch and General Manger on jobs that are estimated.
• Provide invoicing and post project reporting to customers and/or management staff.
• Stay educated of Air Duct Cleaning industry trends, and product knowledge.
• Actively engage potential customers for future services.
• Aid in growth of the Air Duct Cleaning business within the market, with primary focus on residential business.
• Keep diligent inventory of supplies necessary to perform all air duct cleaning jobs.

Requirements:

• HVAC experience preferred.
• Sales and relationship building skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand; sit; walk; use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
