- current CDA credentials/ Currently enrolled in College, or College Degree
- 45 DCF hours (Willing to complete upon hire)
- One year professional experience
- Level 2 Background Screening
- Patience, flexibility and love for children.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Duties:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
- Introduce early concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
- Help to maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
- Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track.
- Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action.
- Keep records of children’s progress, routines, and interest.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Carry out planned curriculum lessons/activities and effectively manage the classroom.
