We are looking for a Case Manager like you who can work 15-20 hours a week, help contour our Mission, and support our Values. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with being responsible for providing comprehensive case management services, coordinating resources, and advocating for the well-being and success of our clients. The Case Manager will develop and implement individualized care plans, connect clients with essential services, and empower them to overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes. Following various grant requirements within the company. Provides mental wellness support within the different programs.

What you will bring:
Education Required: Bachelor's degree with a major in Counseling, Social Work, Substance use Rehabilitation, Psychology, Special Education, Health Education or a related human services field or equivalent related experience.
Education preferred: Master's Degree; Major in Social work, Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling or related field with a minimum of 1-year prior experience.
Experience, knowledge skills, and ability: Assisting populations in crisis, trauma-informed care evidence-based practice. Social services data collection systems and community engagement. Background in casework, ideally with youth. Demonstrates support for the company’s Mission, Vision and Values. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of early childhood mental health, including typical child development and parallel process. Familiarity with community resources available to children and families. Ability to maintain firm boundaries and confidentiality. Ability to manage professional relationships. Ability to express ideas effectively, orally and in writing. Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions. Must be able to establish good working relationships with supervisors, partners outside and inside the company, employees, clients, and executives. Organized with the ability to prioritize. Must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Excellent communication and computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and others to complete and perform the job.
Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving.
