Responsibilities: Review forms for completeness and accuracy and communicate problems to data manager or program staff. Reconcile data entry forms with EHR when necessary. Enter service data into sponsor required data systems (e.g. AIRS). Work with FFHCP Program Manager to keep case managers up to date with QA indicators and AIRS updates. Submit information monthly and quarterly to FFHCP Program Manager for QA report. Participate in programmatic meetings, sponsor-required meetings, and site visits, as needed. Assist with data entry of other projects, as needed. Minimum Qualifications: High school education/GED. Demonstrated experience with PC’s and related software including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with electronic health record. Ability to learn custom-designed proprietary software system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Associate’s degree or some college preferred. Experience with AIRS data entry system preferred. Salary Range:$20,000-$22,000. Hours: 18.75 hours per week with excellent benefits. Employer: The Research Foundation for SUNY.
