Leasing Manager 
Work Schedule: Full-time, Weekdays from 9am to 6pm, 40 hours per week. 
Some weekends are required: Saturday 10am to 5pm and/or Sunday 12pm to 5pm.
Weekly schedule may change as required.

You will be responsible for all phases of marketing, leasing, and administrative efforts of the Community.

Essential Duties: 

• Greet, assist, and qualify prospective residents
• Train, supervise, and develop on-site personnel
• Prepare marketing plans, leasing strategies, and advertising proposals with assistance of the Community Manager
• Assist General Manager with employee evaluations and make recommendations for salary increases and/or promotions
• Develop, implement and monitor property contests/awards/leasing incentives
• Prepare and maintain complete resident and general office files
• Type business letters and memorandums
• Generate weekly and monthly reports and analyses as they relate to occupancy and marketing
• Review and sign all rental applications and lease documents for accuracy and compliance with corporate policies
• Assist applicants by giving property tours, answering telephone calls, preparing application paperwork, and communicating leases and community policies
• Exhibit strong demonstration and closing skills when showing prospective residents the community, models, make-ready apartments, and amenities
• Establish and monitor move-in and move-out procedures
• Assist with annual unit inspections to determine budget needs and resident compliance with regulations set forth by federal, state, and local agencies
• Assist in the collection of all monies due to the Community (deposits, fees, etc.) and the preparation of receipts
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as directed by management staff

Qualifications: 

• Prior on-site experience as a Leasing Consultant; preferably experienced with supervising subordinates
• Exceptional scheduling and organizational skills
• Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel (advanced level preferred) and Outlook for Windows
• Knowledge of Yardi Residential preferred
• Must have the ability to safely drive a golf cart
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License
• Maintain valid automobile insurance
